Major Responsibilities:

• Help to plan events
• Encourage other volunteers to help
• Inventory and order supplies as needed
• Advertising events in local media
• Writing announcements for bulletin
• Maintain accurate records to evaluate event

Training: Working with coordinator to become acquainted with committee duties.

Personal Qualities Needed: A willingness to share in the hard work necessary for successful fundraisers. Work well with others and the public.

Time Commitment: Planning times before events and working during actual fundraising events. Chairperson to attend monthly Pastoral Council meeting.
